The seller was great with communication, and the pin itself is exactly what I was looking for (with super fast shipping too!). Only reason for the 4 stars is that the backing for the pin doesn't lock, and it has popped off twice since I put it on my hat ( in a matter of minutes). I will buy a locking back, and then this pin will be absolutely perfect!
